Our story
Two Bretons, one light, two years of research
luciolles was born in a small village in Côtes d'Armor, from a very concrete need: to see at night without running a cable. Elouan and Dominique searched for two years to make it possible.

The starting point
A night in the Côtes d'Armor
Two sturdy Breton farmers, frustrated by the lack of visibility at night on their land. The grid didn't reach everywhere, and you couldn't wire everything.

The spark
Cherishing light instead of producing it
Rather than generating more electricity, why not capture daylight and release it at night? The idea echoes the firefly — through a different route: mineral photoluminescence.

Two years
The luciolles formulation
Two years of research and development to land a first stable formulation: 20 minutes of absorption, up to 12 hours of release. Enough to mark, secure, transmit.

Five products, four sectors, one team
luciolles now serves local authorities, businesses, industrial sites and healthcare facilities. Five products in the catalogue — from a child's nightlight to a memorial stele.
