From Suresnes to Côtes d'Armor, a light without electricity
luciolles is a SARL based in Suresnes and a Breton workshop in Côtes d'Armor. There, Elouan and Dominique, craftsmen-designers, searched for two years to answer a very concrete need: seeing at night without running a cable.

The starting point
A night in the Côtes d'Armor
Two sturdy Breton farmers, frustrated by the lack of visibility at night on their land. The grid didn't reach everywhere, and you couldn't wire everything.

The spark
Cherishing light instead of producing it
Rather than generating more electricity, why not capture daylight and release it at night? The idea echoes the firefly — through a different route: mineral photoluminescence.

Two years
The luciolles formulation
Two years of research and development to land a first stable formulation: 20 minutes of absorption, up to 12 hours of release. Enough to mark, secure, transmit.

A SARL in Suresnes, a workshop in Brittany
luciolles SARL now carries the brand from Suresnes, in constant connection with the Breton design workshop. Five products in the catalogue — from a child's nightlight to a memorial stele — serve local authorities, businesses, industrial sites and healthcare facilities.
